Position: Executive / Asst. Manager / Manager – Business Development – Sales

Job ID: BDM

Experience: 1 to 3 Years (Freshers can also apply for Trainee Positions – upto 1 Year)

Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation

Role and Responsibilities:

We are looking to recruit an energetic, driven, focused new business developer who would be expected to undertake following responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate would have a minimum 1 to 3 years Business Development & sales experience.
  • He/She will have to identify sales leads, pitch to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
  • He/she will probably already have a network of contacts within this market and have the persistence to take new opportunities, add fresh prospects and closing business with new customers.
  • He/She will posses excellent leadership skills and ability to directly communicate with clients.
  • Candidate should be having fluent communication (Written/Oral both) & excellent presentation skills.
  • *Trainee/s can be offered stipend for 1 Year; subject to candidature.

Position: Associate/Senior Associate – Lead Generation: Telesales

Job ID: Telesales

Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year (Freshers can also apply for Trainee Positions – upto 1 Year)

Qualification: Graduation (Any)

Role and Responsibilities:

  • As a Lead Generation Associate you’ll be expected to sell the products and services by calling prospective clients. You may also be carrying out market research, so you won’t necessarily be stuck to the phone.
  • You’ll be calling corporate clients, typically the decision makers in the company and persuading them to either purchase a product, trial a service or accept a visit from another member of the sales team.
  • Successful professionals are well rewarded financially but there will be an expectation to deliver tasks & generate revenue.
  • Candidate should be having fluent communication (Written/Oral both) & excellent presentation skills.
  • *Trainee/s can be offered stipend for 1 Year; subject to candidature.
